As the doctor-owner of Halo Medicine™, Dr. Promila Banerjee is passionate about the art and science of aging, skin, hair, and body. When she works with you to craft a custom treatment plan, she draws from more than 10 years of integrative medicine experience in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Dr. B continuously attends advanced training courses to stay at the forefront of anti-aging, weight loss, and aesthetic medicine. She then meticulously researches the procedures, products, and technology offered at Halo — everything we do has been scientifically proven to work.
Her approach is holistic. She is a firm believer that how you feel on the inside strongly influences how you look on the outside, and she considers the mind-body connection in every treatment plan she designs.

Stan is the Halo co-founder and runs business operations. He's certified to administer Halo, BBL, and other laser treatments at our clinic, and certified to train other team members on laser administration.
Before opening Halo with Dr. B, Stan spent his career in IT consulting and development, founding two other companies. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife (Dr. B) and their two daughters.
Nick brings 15+ years of aesthetician experience to Halo, with a richly diverse background working extensively with plastic surgery patients across multiple surgery centers. He joined the team during the COVID-19 pandemic and has been a dedicated member ever since.
His greatest strength is his ability to assess a wide range of skin conditions and concerns with precision — and to tailor treatments accordingly. Nick is fully trained on every laser we offer at Halo, from advanced skin rejuvenation to body sculpting and chemical peels, and his mastery of skincare products rounds out the picture.
What patients notice most: his honest, conservative approach. Nick never pushes a treatment that isn't right for you, and his friendly nature makes him an instant favorite with everyone who walks through the door.
