Yes. The first 30-minute consultation with Dr. Banerjee is completely free, with no obligation to book treatment. She'll examine your concerns, recommend the right treatment plan (if any), and quote pricing exactly — so you can decide on your timing.
We strongly recommend appointments since Dr. B's schedule fills quickly. Walk-ins are welcome for quick questions, product purchases, and to schedule consultations — but for treatments and consultations themselves, please book ahead via phone or our online portal.
Aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, lasers, peels) are typically not covered by insurance and are paid out-of-pocket. Some medical-grade services (BHRT, certain wellness treatments) may be partially covered — call us to discuss your specific situation.
We accept all major credit cards and offer financing through CareCredit for larger treatment packages.
Your first visit is a relaxed 30-minute conversation with Dr. Banerjee. She'll review your skin and medical history, listen to what's bothering you, examine the relevant areas, and walk you through realistic treatment options. There's no pressure to book on the spot.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete a brief intake form. Wear minimal makeup if your consultation involves facial concerns.
Free parking is available directly in front of the office at 1230 Waukegan Rd. The lot is shared with adjacent businesses but typically has plenty of spaces during our hours.
For most non-injectable treatments (facials, peels, BBL, RF Microneedling), often yes — we'll do our best to accommodate the same day if there's an opening. For injectable treatments (Botox, filler), we typically schedule a separate appointment so Dr. B can plan carefully and ensure you have time to ask questions.
Consultations are typically available within 1–2 weeks. Treatment appointments depend on the procedure — quicker visits (Botox touch-ups, facials) often have next-week availability; longer procedures (Halo Laser, RF Microneedling) may book 2–4 weeks out. Call us for the soonest opening.
